“I wanted to wait to write a review because most of the time, everything is wonderful in the beginning. Now I am almost at 1 year and I must say, my experience has been amazing. From the pleasant office staff, to the timely maintenance workers (THEY STAY ON TOP OF THINGS) and clean/safe community. The courtesy officers stay on top of things as well especially in the summer when outsiders try to use our pool (TIME TO GO). The apartments are beautiful as well. RENEWED LEASE!!”

“I've had a unit for over a year and it's been a great experience. Gym and lounge is available 24/7 which is great if you workout or film content, maintenance responds fast, and it generally feels safe. The units are upgraded and refreshing. The integration of a Flex pay to pay rent in installments was a fantastic idea as well. The pickup valet trash does make the breeze ways quite dirty but that's the only issue I've encountered. A nearby central drop off point at each building would be a better option in my opinion. Definitely in the top 3 of best apartment experiences I've had across the metro area in 20 years.”
